We take our mandate serious and take on a part of the risk once we are convinced that our clients will, with our help, reach the envisioned aim. Therefore, we are prepared to hold a time-limited share of the enterprise following due diligence. Of course, we also take on project-centred work at a success-based fee.

The first step on the way to success is a thorough analysis of the enterprise and a check-up of the given situation. Only when both partners - the enterprise and TEAMVENTURE - are certain that there is potential for further cooperation, the operative process and the alignment of the enterprise towards the jointly formulated aims will begin, based on a project-centred cooperation. If the expectations of both partners are again met during this phase, we will discuss taking on a share of the risk.
