Radu holds an MBA from the Kellog School of Management in Chicago and is a licensed engineer in fine mechanics. Born and raised in Romania Radu has a unique understanding of the business cultures in both Romania and Germany with specific emphasises on management, marketing and market introductions in the high tech area. He speaks Romanian, German and English.

Peter holds an MBA from the European School of Management in Paris. Peter is a true entrepreneur with indepth experience from start-up companies, emerging market turn-arounds in Kenya, Africa and experience as co-founder of "skilldeal AG" in Berlin, Germany. Peter is an expert in roll-out management with a focus on marketing, controlling and sales. He speaks German, English and French.

Mika holds a degree in economics from the Helsinki School of Economics in Finland. As entrepreneur he has been leading and founding a number of various international businesses over the last 20 years in both Western Europe and the CIS. Mika's strength is complex cross-cultural negotiation, change management and implementation of exit strategies. Mika speaks Finnish, German, English and Russian.

After studying law in Trier, Trento and Rome Bernhard F. worked for various companies in France, Germany and Italy. In 2006 he founded the law office Verhoefen & Stoerkmann in Berlin, concentrating on advice services for investors and new companies. He has vast judicial expertise in corporate-, business- and employment law and has experience in handling negotiations and legal proceedings.
He speaks German, English and Italian.
